Manage Safety and Environmental Department for a Cereal Processing Plant with 250 employees covering 382,000 sq feet.  Responsible for the plant safety program, safety and environmental training for all employees, meeting all regulatory requirements for OSHA and the Utah Department of Environmental Quality.
